(Brand: DXM Hyperion Global)

Part I: Digital Deliverables Policy

1. Delivery Methods & Fulfilment

All software products, custom code bases, web applications, brand assets, and digital design files are delivered electronically through secure channels, including:

  • Repository Access: Direct transfer or grant of access to private GitHub or version-control repositories.

  • Cloud & Server Deployment: Direct staging or production deployment to client-owned or managed hosting infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP, Vercel, Replit).

  • Direct Asset Handover: Encrypted digital download links, cloud storage links, or project portal deliveries.

2. Delivery Timelines & Milestones

  • Deliverable schedules are explicitly outlined in your project Statement of Work (SOW) or Master Services Agreement (MSA).

  • Digital deliverables are considered successfully fulfilled once:

    • Files or repositories are transferred to the client, OR

    • Staging/production code is deployed and functional according to the agreed SOW criteria, OR

    • Formal sign-off is completed by the client.

3. Access Rights & Inspection Period

  • Upon notification of delivery, clients are granted an inspection period (typically 7 to 14 business days, as specified in the SOW) to review code, application features, or assets.

  • Any functional bugs or deviations from the agreed specifications reported within this window will be addressed by our engineering team at no additional charge.

Part II: Physical Shipping & Global Freight Policy

1. Scope & Capabilities

For custom-branded items, physical commodities, and tangible assets, DXM Hyperion Global utilizes an integrated cross-border logistics matrix to ensure safe, fully tracked international transit.

2. Freight Tiers & Logistics Carriers

Physical shipments are routed through specialized transportation tiers based on volume, urgency, and security requirements:

  • Ocean & Maritime Freight: Utilized for high-volume, bulk container shipments (via major maritime networks).

  • Air Freight Corridors: Express international air transit for time-sensitive cargo and fast customs clearance.

  • Surface & Regional Logistics: Overland regional networks managed for secure distribution and final-mile delivery.

  • Priority Cargo: Specialized handling and high-priority courier dispatch for valuable or delicate branded items.

3. Order Processing & Transit Times

  • Processing Lead Times: Production and handling timelines for custom-branded items depend on volume and manufacturing specs. Processing timelines will be detailed prior to order confirmation.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, clients receive full tracking credentials to monitor shipment progress across transit corridors.

4. International Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Import Clearance: Cross-border physical shipments may be subject to local import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), or customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

  • Responsibility: Unless explicitly structured under a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) contract in your invoice, the importer of record (the client) is responsible for settling local duties and taxes with customs authorities.

5. Damaged, Missing, or Delayed Goods

  • Inspection Upon Receipt: Claims for physical items damaged during transit must be reported to our operations team within 48 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos of packaging and damaged goods.

  • Transit Delays: DXM Hyperion Global is not liable for logistics delays caused by third-party carrier interruptions, adverse weather events, port congestion, or regulatory customs holds outside our direct operational control.
