1. Scope & Intent
DXM Hyperion Global provides digital services, custom web application development, workflow automation, growth marketing, and digital architecture. Because our offerings consist of custom-engineered deliverables, dedicated server resources, and skilled professional execution, this Policy outlines the conditions governing service cancellations, refunds, and project adjustments.
2. Digital Services & Non-Refundable Deliverables
Due to the custom nature of digital work, labor hours, and immediate deployment costs incurred by our engineering team:
Completed Deliverables: All completed digital services, custom code deployments, graphic assets, brand identity files, and strategy frameworks delivered to the client are non-refundable.
Retainers & Monthly Subscriptions: Recurring monthly retainers (such as ongoing maintenance, digital infrastructure management, or marketing execution) are billed in advance. Payments made for the active billing cycle are non-refundable.
Third-Party & Hosting Fees: Any third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client—including domain registrations, SSL certificates, API usage credits, software licenses, or cloud hosting infrastructure—are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. Project Cancellations & Partial Refunds
A. One-Time Projects & Milestone-Based Agreements
If a client wishes to cancel a project before full completion, the following terms apply based on project progress:
Before Work Commences: If a written cancellation request is received prior to project kickoff or allocation of engineering/design resources, a full refund may be issued, minus a 5% administrative and gateway processing fee.
Work In Progress (Mid-Milestone): If cancellation occurs after work has commenced but before final handover, DXM Hyperion Global will calculate the billable hours and completed project milestones. Any unused balance of pre-paid funds will be refunded pro-rata. Pre-payments covering completed work phases will not be refunded.
Post-Handover / Sign-Off: Once project deliverables have been reviewed, approved, or deployed to production environments, no refunds will be issued.
B. Monthly Service Plans & Retainers
Clients may cancel recurring subscription plans at any time by providing at least 14 business days' written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
No partial or prorated refunds will be provided for mid-month cancellations once the billing period has started.
4. Multi-Currency Transactions & Foreign Exchange
Refunds are processed in the original settlement currency (INR, USD, GBP, EUR, CAD, AUD, SGD, AED, etc.) or in INR based on original invoice structures.
Forex Rate Fluctuations: DXM Hyperion Global is not liable for differences in refunded amounts resulting from foreign exchange rate fluctuations, bank conversion fees, or international transaction surcharges levied by the client's issuing bank.
5. Dispute Resolution & Revisions
We prioritize high-quality execution and client satisfaction. If you are dissatisfied with a digital deliverable:
Revision Period: Clients are entitled to request reasonable revisions within the agreed scope defined in the project Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW).
Formal Review: If a deliverable fails to meet agreed functional specifications, our quality assurance team will review the claim and issue necessary code or asset updates at no additional cost.
6. Requesting a Refund or Cancellation
To submit a formal cancellation or refund request, please send an official notice containing your Invoice Number, Statement of Work reference, and detailed reason to:

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of formal written confirmation.
